    Excellent. Quite comfortable with 10 minutes begginer now 20 minutes is the next progression and what a timely new video and love the new timer screen. Oops just noticed this one has no rest 😭😭😭😭

      That's okay this one might be better to attempt down the track. And thanks for the feedback we have taken out the white/black panel on the side and used full screen instead which I think you guys like better. We are always looking at ways we can tweak out workouts to make the BEST for you guys to use again and again.

      Hey, thank you. That is a great question. I will use a running shoe if I am doing a straight jump rope workout with no lower body dumbbell exercises like snatches and lunges. Here are links to what I am wearing at the moment

    Do you have earbuds when you do these workouts, so that you are listening to music or some other audio?

      No I do not. Darin is filming me with a timer going and he will call out what exercise I have next. We remove this audio along with the music that we use to keep me on track so I don't stop hehe!

    The heel to toe exercise is so confusing to me! I can't do it 😭

      Try to do it slowly without the rope

      Sorry to hear that you have found this skill challenging. Like Mario said below remove the rope and focus on the footwork. Are you able to do the Boxer Step?
